In the case of a normal suspension on a crane hook or a lifting beam, the component will be able to move away in the case of external horizontal loads. Likewise, the suspension on the crane will not represent a support for internal forces that occur in the structure.
Displaying systems that are actually unstable (because they are capable of movement) in a calculation program is not always easy. You should activate the supports on the crane eyes for X and Y (horizontal) and consider how horizontal forces resulting from uneven vertical loading (= rotation) can be absorbed.
However, the model can usually be calculated if the lifting beam is supported horizontally by a very small spring (see the model file).
